The Little Nesting Company Terms and Conditions
1. The purchase of a package or service will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Packages
2. 50% of the package fee for The Little Nesting Company services is to be paid no less 48 hours post the Client’s first full consultation. Once received, The Little Nesting Company will carry out their research and prepare the recommendation presentation.
3. Package prices may vary if any adjustments are made to services provided during the research process; i.e. if the Client decides to add any other product searches in to the consultation. Any changes will be discussed and go ahead sought from the Client before proceeding.
4. The remaining fee will be due to be paid no less that 48 hours post the recommendation presentation video call. Once received, The Little Nesting Company will finalise and then email the final presentation and recommendations.
5. Package prices:
The basics
£40 for 1 hour of research/presentation prep
e.g. highchairs, car seats or travel cots
The in-between
£100 for 2.5 hours of research/presentation prep
e.g. travel system and accessories or cot/mattress and bedding
£120 for 3 hours of research/presentation prep
e.g. Cot, mattress, changing, nursery furniture and chair.
The full works
£240 for 6 hours of research/presentation prep
Both options of the in-between package combined.
Hourly rate thereafter £40ph for further tasks agreed between the Client and The Little Nesting Company.
6. If the package is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the service) the following terms and conditions apply:
· If The Little Nesting Company’s research process has not been started; 75% of the full amount paid will be refunded.
· If research has been started, The Little Nesting Company will make a decision on a case by case basis dependant on the amount of work already undertaken.
· If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances, The Little Nesting Company will make a decision on a case by case basis.
7. At the time of the links being sent over, to the best of The Little Nesting Company’s knowledge all items will be in stock at any stores recommended. Once the links have been sent over, The Little Nesting Company takes no liability for items that are out of stock. Nor liability for price changes; both are beyond the control of The Little Nesting Company. It is the client's responsibility to check the links as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
8. The Little Nesting Company reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of The Little Nesting Company cancelling, the Client will be offered alternative dates.
Ordering
9. If the Client chooses for The Little Nesting Company to order any of their product selection, upfront payment must be made prior to ordering.
10. If the Client chooses for any products ordered on their behalf by The Little Nesting Company to be delivered to their home, the Client is responsible for being available to accept the delivery. The Client must also ensure that there is sufficient accessibility to receive any orders. Any issues that arise between the Client and the delivery company must be discussed between the Client and the delivery company/company the product was ordered through. The Little Nesting Company takes no liability for any delivery issues.
11. Any product issues for items ordered by The Little Nesting Company on the behalf of the Client must be resolved between the Client and the company the product was ordered through. The Little Nesting Company can take no liability for any issues that arise.
Checklists
12. In respect of each The Little Nesting Company Checklist provided by The Little Nesting Company to the Client, the Client agrees that they shall not provide the Checklist to any third party who is not a Client.
General
13. The Little Nesting Company advises to the best of their ability and experience but does not accept responsibility or liability for products or Client choices that do not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
14. If The Little Nesting Company has agreed to travel for the purposes of a home visit, the Package price will be amended to cover all reasonable expenses incurred including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation.
15. The Little Nesting Company reserves the right to cease the provision of services in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of The Little Nesting Company team.
16. The Little Nesting Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
